Unlike many of the “world’s laws, God’s Law of the Farm is simple and works every time. It has been in existence since creation. It has never failed. And like God’s Word, never changes. The law says, “A man reaps what he sows.” Galatians 6:7

When my dad wanted to harvest rice in one field, he planted the best rice seed he could get. Simple, right? It appears that some people either do not understand the law, do not think it applies to them, or think they have the authority to “create.” People have written books, given lectures & podcasts on what’s wrong, and why bad things seem to be happening. But the answer is simple. It’s a seed issue. People want to give conditions & excuses, but the answer is  clear. If you plant bad seed… you will get weeds. At the core, it’s the weed of self-centeredness. It’s called sin. We have become conditioned and we are told to accept the planting… the weeds of immoral sex, materialism, lying, cheating, gossip, addictions, unforgiveness, and mean & evil behaviors as part of life. Yet we complain about what we see on the news. The news is what goes into the hopper at harvest.

I’ve got Good News! You can change what you are planting today! It’s a choice. The very device you are using to read this message has an unending supply of good seeds. “The seed is the Word of God.” Luke 8:11. So, if you are tired of being anxious, overwhelmed, angry, and hopeless, stop planting weeds and start planting the daily seeds of His Word that will produce Peace, Joy & Purpose. Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” John 10:10.

Isn’t it time to clean out your planter, prepare the soil of your heart and plant the Good Seed of His Word? Then you can look forward to, ”They sowed fields and planted vineyards that yielded a fruitful harvest”? (Psalm 107:37)
