Who do you deliver for? Look at people’s faces, listen to their words. People receiving the news of the world are overwhelmed by these deliverers… they are mad, in fear, and have no hope. Hurting people hurt people.

But there is a choice. Believers are called to deliver His Good News! And what Good News it is.

When you deliver for Jesus, you are delivering the Good News! Jesus told us, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” John 14:27 Then Jesus gave us the answer of why we can have peace in this world in John 16:33

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” And one of my favorite promises of Jesus is found in John 10:28, “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.” Jesus provides the way & strength for our time on earth and to live forever with Him. That’s Good News!

As a Believer Jesus gave all His followers this assignment. “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15 If He has touched your life, you have a story. He gave you this story to share with people. It can be shared at the checkout line or wherever you contact people. This was not a suggestion by Jesus.

But get this. There is Joy when we deliver the Good News. “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” Isaiah 52:7.

He has your delivery route packed and ready for you. What a Joy it is being a delivery boy or girl for the King. There simply is no better news.
